Products are supplied as two-component resin and hardener systems, pre-dosed according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
Two-component epoxy system
Resin and hardener are stored separately until use
A two-component epoxy system consists of resin — component A — and hardener — component B. They are combined only in the ratio stated in the technical data sheet. Mixing starts the curing reaction and gives the material a limited working period known as pot life. Mixing ratio, working time and curing conditions vary by system.

Hardener
The compatible hardener initiates curing and influences the final properties of the cured material.

The material’s working time starts once it is homogenised, so the specified ratio and instructions for the selected system must be followed.
Resin and hardener types
Each application requires a specific resin and hardener combination. We select the system according to the substrate, operating conditions and finish requirements.
System selection considers:
- surface type and condition;
- traffic, temperature and chemical exposure;
- the required finish and application method.
